Before sampling

Resolve the specification in the right order.

Confirm whether the order ships through FBA, a third-party warehouse or direct fulfillment.
Provide the packed product dimensions, weight, fragility and label placement requirements.
Test the final package with the actual product and route rather than relying on an empty-box sample.

Surface and brand expression

Keep operational surfaces clear for barcodes and carrier labels. Interior printing, cards or tissue can build brand experience without interfering with fulfillment. Any retail claim or compliance mark must be substantiated for the specific product and market.

Fit, handling and delivery risk
