Flat versus assembled: compare the full shipment

Ask for carton dimensions, carton count and gross weight for both formats when available. Include insert cartons and ribbons. Flat boxes may occupy less space, but the finished comparison must include assembly time and all shipment components.

Check the opening with the actual contents

Review magnet alignment, lid position, hinge movement, insert height and ribbon interference. Test closing and reopening with the contents in place. Presentation packaging still needs an appropriate outer shipping carton for the delivery route.
