Get the dimensions and handle details right

Confirm width, gusset and height, then allow space for the contents and any tissue or box inside. Share the intended load so the paper and handle construction can be reviewed. A bag for one presentation box may need different proportions from a bag for several small purchases.

Order retail packs or bulk quantities

The reference images show 100-bag packs for PACK15 and PACK16. Custom pack counts, carton quantities, labels and protective packing can be agreed for a wholesale order. Request coordinated artwork if the bags will be used with custom gift boxes.

Size a paper bag for the filled product

Supply the product footprint, total carrying weight and preferred handle length. We will review paper weight, gusset depth, base reinforcement and handle attachment together, then position the logo so it remains visible when the bag is carried.

Sampling, packing and delivery

Paper-bag orders begin at 200 pieces. A confirmed design can usually be sampled in 2–3 days, with production taking about 7–15 days after approval. Flat packing, master-carton size and shipment volume are included in the project review because they affect delivered cost.

Request a paper-bag quote with the filled weight and destination. For an on-site material review, reserve a factory visit; any environmental or test-document request will be matched to the specified paper, ink and finish.

Plan the carrying system as one specification

State the typical and maximum filled weight, bag measurement order, paper direction, base reinforcement, top fold, handle material, handle length and attachment. Review logo placement around gussets and handle holes. A finished sample should be carried with representative contents before the print and construction are approved.
