Packaging decisions should follow what is inside.

Fragrance packaging has two jobs: protect a dense glass container and create a measured reveal. Bottle geometry, cap height, center of gravity and the planned shipping method determine the insert and clearances before decorative finishing is considered.

PACKAVELLE develops made-to-order packaging from a written specification and approved sample. Dimensions, materials, print, inserts, packing method and delivery destination are confirmed for each project rather than assumed from an image.

Before sampling

Resolve the specification in the right order.

  1. Supply a physical bottle or dimensioned drawing including the cap and any protruding parts.
  2. Choose the bottle orientation and the order in which accessories or fragrance cards should be seen.
  3. Confirm whether the presentation box will travel inside a separate protective shipping carton.

Surface and brand expression

Foil stamping, embossed marks and specialty papers can work well in fragrance presentation, but fine typography and large foil areas behave differently. A production-representative sample helps confirm edge definition, color contrast and surface feel.

Fit, handling and delivery risk

A visually tight cavity can still fail if the bottle can rotate, lift or strike the lid. Glass-to-board contact should be avoided, and discovery vials need individual retention. Transit testing must use the complete packed configuration.

What information is needed to quote a perfume box?

Send the bottle dimensions and weight, quantity, destination, preferred structure, insert direction and artwork. If a cap is wider than the bottle or can lift during handling, include that detail so the cavity and headroom can be planned correctly.

Can you make packaging for fragrance discovery vials?

Yes. PACK24 is a starting concept for discovery sets. Vial count, diameter, height, label position and removal method are confirmed before the insert is sampled.
