Before sampling
Resolve the specification in the right order.
- Send the filled product dimensions and weight so clearances are based on the real pack.
- Decide whether the insert should be paperboard, molded pulp, EVA or another approved construction.
- Define the retail carton, presentation box and shipping protection as separate layers.
Surface and brand expression
Soft-touch lamination can create a restrained surface, while foil, embossing or spot UV can direct attention to a logo or product name. The chosen combination should be sampled on the intended paper because color and foil appearance change with texture.
Fit, handling and delivery risk
Tall bottles can lean or work loose if the insert only grips the base. Pumps and droppers also need headroom. For glass containers, test a fully packed sample through the expected handling route before approving production.

Yes. Share the diameter, height, weight and orientation of every bottle, jar or tube. We can plan a coordinated cavity layout and confirm the final fit through a physical sample. Inserts and outer dimensions are made to the approved specification.
Can the outer box match individual cosmetic cartons?
Yes. Provide the final carton dimensions and preferred arrangement. We can plan the presentation box around those cartons, then coordinate paper color, logo placement and selected finishes across the complete set.
