Candle and diffuser packaging must manage glass weight, separate accessories and reduce movement without hiding the product story. The insert needs to support the container at stable points while leaving enough space for labels, lids and removal.

Before sampling

Resolve the specification in the right order.

  1. Provide container dimensions, weight and the location of fragile or decorated surfaces.
  2. Confirm whether reeds, matches, cards or refills share the same presentation box.
  3. Plan retail presentation and parcel protection as separate specifications.

Surface and brand expression

Textured paper, blind embossing and limited foil can create a tactile home-fragrance presentation. Matte or soft-touch surfaces should be evaluated for scuffing, especially on dark colors and during assembled packing.

Fit, handling and delivery risk

A heavy candle jar can break through weak partitions or move vertically in transit. Diffuser bottles may require neck support, while reeds need a separate channel. Test the full set inside its shipping configuration.

Can a single insert hold both a candle and diffuser?

Yes. PACK28 is designed as a starting point for paired sets. The two items normally need independent cavities because their weight, diameter and center of gravity differ. Reeds can be placed in a separate channel or sleeve.

Do you test the package with real glass containers?

The most meaningful fit and handling review uses the real filled products or accurate weight replicas. We recommend evaluating a complete packed sample before production and arranging route-appropriate transit testing when parcel delivery is involved.
