Practical terms for browsing PACKAVELLE concepts and requesting custom packaging.
Website scope
The website is a business-to-business packaging catalog and inquiry service. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or create an obligation to purchase. The agreed quotation and order confirmation define each project.
Images and specifications
Some products are labeled design concepts. These images illustrate a direction and are not evidence of completed production, sales history or tested performance. Dimensions, materials, inserts, colors and packing must be confirmed for the actual order. Screen colors can differ from physical print.
Quotation and minimum quantity
Our stated starting MOQ is 200 pieces. Ask for the applicable quantity per size, artwork and configuration. Prices, currency, quotation validity, tooling, sample charges and any additional costs are stated in the project quotation. Website content is not a fixed-price offer.
Sampling and approval
Typical sample preparation is 2–3 days after specification confirmation. Typical production is 7–15 days after sample and artwork approval, depending on complexity. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping time is separate. Confirm the final dieline, spelling, artwork, size, finish and physical sample before production.
Artwork and brand rights
Provide artwork you own or are authorized to use. Identify any third-party restrictions before sampling. Logo placement and custom patterns are subject to production feasibility. Do not treat a concept on this website as permission to reproduce another company’s protected artwork.
Materials and reports
Test reports apply to the specific sample, material and test scope identified in the report. They do not automatically certify every finished package or every use. Confirm food-contact requirements, restricted substances, recycling claims and destination-market requirements for your chosen construction.
Packing, freight and payment
Confirm outer-carton packing, destination, freight method, delivery terms, duties and payment schedule in writing. Storage conditions and handling can affect paper packaging. Any transit testing or special protection should be agreed before production.
Changes and quality concerns
Changes after approval may affect cost and timing; request written confirmation before relying on a revision. If a delivery has a quality concern, contact [email protected] with the order reference, photos and affected quantity. Resolution follows the agreed order terms and applicable law. This website does not set a blanket exclusion of legal rights.
