Before sampling
Resolve the specification in the right order.
- Create a complete item list with dimensions, weights and arrival dates.
- Decide who will assemble the gift sets and whether packaging should be delivered flat or ready to fill.
- Approve names, dates and event-specific artwork early enough to protect the production schedule.
Surface and brand expression
A coordinated box-and-bag set can use matching color standards and logo placement while changing materials to suit each structure. Foil, ribbons, cards and printed interiors should be reviewed as one system rather than separate decorations.
Fit, handling and delivery risk
Late substitutions can invalidate an approved insert. Mixed heavy and fragile items also need independent support. Freeze the product list before the final sample and confirm carton quantities around the assembly workflow.

Can individual names be printed on every box?
Variable personalization requires a project-specific review because the printing method, data preparation, quantity and schedule affect feasibility. Include the number of unique names and required placement in the inquiry.
