Fit and construction
Size the PACK30 structure around the actual contents: send external dimensions, filled weight and any caps, handles or projecting parts. Confirm orientation, clearances and removal method so PACKAVELLE can record the structure and insert requirements before sampling.
Artwork and approval
For PACK30, place artwork on the confirmed dieline and identify every critical color, logo position and finishing area on separate layers. Approve construction, appearance and packing on the physical sample and written order specification before production begins.
Materials
Wrapped paperboard box with paper dividers; any direct food-contact components and documentation must be selected for the intended market. The final thickness and surface are selected against size, load and presentation requirements.
Packing and delivery
Box, dividers and cups supplied according to the agreed configuration; chocolates are display props and are not included. Presentation packaging that enters a parcel network should be assessed inside its complete protective shipping configuration.

PACKAVELLE publishes eight English SGS reports (2025) for one material — CIS ivory board (white paperboard) — covering the ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, AS/NZS ISO 8124.3, REACH SVHC, TPCH & PFAS, formaldehyde, PAHs and Directive 94/62/EC test scopes. The reports apply to the submitted board samples and their stated scope; they do not certify every finished product. Ask which documentation applies to the material proposed for your order.
