Choosing a Mailer for Apparel Orders
Plan garment fit, closure and shipping-label space before approving a printed apparel mailer.
Measure the packed garment
Fold the garment as it will ship. Include tissue, an order card and any protective bag when measuring. Use these dimensions to brief the internal cavity rather than guessing from an empty box photograph.
Test the filled mailer
Check whether the lid closes without pressure, whether the contents move, and whether corners stay supported. Board selection depends on filled weight and distribution conditions. A beautiful print does not establish transit protection.
Leave a flat label area
Confirm your carrier’s label and closure requirements. Amazon Shipping’s guide describes fully enclosed packaging and a flat surface for the shipping label. Carrier requirements can differ; this does not mean a PACKAVELLE concept has Amazon certification.
Prepare a comparable quote
Supply folded dimensions, filled weight, quantity, print sides and destination. PACK34 is a slim mailer concept to develop through sampling, not a pre-tested shipping specification.
